Maintaining Weight Loss after Trimovation



Having successfully lost weight with Trimovation, it's important to now focus on maintaining your achievement and preventing the weight from returning. Here are some tips to help you sustain your weight loss in the long term after completing the maintenance plan.


Balanced Diet: Continue to eat foods that are on the Trimovation maintenance plan. Focus your diet on whole foods: fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. Limit processed foods, sugary snacks, and excessive alcohol consumption.


Portion Control: Eat smaller portions like the ones recommended on the Trimovation Diet Protocol.


Regular Exercise: Walk for 15 to 20 minutes a day, especially after eating.
